Your subscription
By selecting “Get launch updates”, you agree to receive emails from SmartLLC about its launch and product updates. Subscribing is optional. It does not create an account, make a purchase or commit you to a paid service. Please only submit an email address you are entitled to use.
Information we use
We use your email address and subscription details to send the updates you requested, manage your subscription and protect the form from abuse. We do not sell your email address or use it for unrelated advertising.
How submissions are handled
Netlify provides our website hosting and form processing. Our service providers may process technical information needed to operate the service and prevent abuse. Fonts are delivered by Fontshare, which receives the technical information needed to serve them. We may also maintain a private copy of the subscription list in Google Sheets. Access is limited to people and providers who need it to manage the list.
Retention and your choices
We keep subscription information for as long as needed to provide these updates or until you withdraw consent, subject to records needed to honor an unsubscribe request or meet legal obligations. Every update email will include a way to unsubscribe.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, or contact your local data protection authority.
